Our engineers are capable of talking the most and the least technical members of your team through troubleshooting steps to easily resolve issues. We can even leverage the power of mobile phone cameras to see what your staff see and show them how to fix things from their mobile phone screens.

When it comes to the final 5% of issues, Tetrabyte have solutions to ensure you never get hit with a large bill

Return to Base and Call Outs

Many customers don’t require regular on-site support, for these our ‘Return to Base’ and ‘Call Out’ services provide the perfect way of keeping costs down.

Return to Base

  • Pop your device in a box
  • Tetrabyte arrange collection
  • Labour costs are covered by your contract
  • Once fixed, we post it back

With this, you only ever pay for postage and any replacement parts required.

Call Out

  • Tetrabyte Engineer visits your site
  • You pay a Call Out fee and a Per Hour fee for the time on-site
  • Only ever pay when you need on-site support
  • Discounted rates for customers with Remote IT Support Agreements

 

Unlimited On-Site Support

Why not enquire about our unlimited on-site support packages. This fixes your monthly cost by ensuring that whenever an engineer is required to visit your site, you don’t pay extra! Our Engineers will always work with your staff to resolve problems remotely at first, but if our engineers believe it to be faster or simpler, we will attend your site and resolve the problems for you in person. As this is an UNLIMITED service on a Fixed Monthly Fee, your monthly bill doesn’t change, no matter how many times we visit.

As a bonus, your also get assistance with on-site consultations and advisory services, this is great if your looking to open new offices and want to ensure your IT Team are involved in every stage of planning.

Remember: you can always change your On-Site support option at a later date, we just need one months notice to change!
